Registration for the mini-courses is carried out independently of registration for the SEFE 11 event, that is, it is not mandatory to be registered for the event to participate in the mini-courses.
For visiting the exhibition fair, admission is free and registration will be carried out on site.
*The Member must prove his/her affiliation with ABEF by attaching the ABEF Member Declaration, which can be requested from ABEF by email – marcele@abef.org.br .
*The ABMS member must be in good standing with the association. An updated proof of status must be attached at the time of registration. It is recommended to provide an image of the membership card via the ABMS app.
– directors and partners of associated companies are exempt from the event registration fee, in accordance with ABEF regulations.
– employees/collaborators of associated companies pay the membership fee and must attach the associated company’s declaration proving the link to the system.
*Undergraduate students must attach proof of affiliation with the educational institution to their form when registering or later in the participant area.
*Failure to submit proof of category will result in the automatic adjustment of the registration to the Non-Member category, with the participant being required to pay the difference in category.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Places for the event are limited to the venue's capacity, so please register in advance.
- The participant registration fee includes: participation in all congress activities (except mini-courses), participant kit and certificate (digital).
- Mini-courses are products purchased separately.
- The certificate will be made available on the event's official website, in the participant area, up to 15 business days after the event ends and must be collected within six months after the event.
- In case of withdrawal, the participant must send correspondence by email to secretaria@qeeventos.com.br:
- o For requests sent by August 1, 2025, 50% of the amount paid for congress registration will be refunded.
- o After August 1, 2025, there will be no refund of amounts paid.
- o All refunds will be made 15 business days after the end of the congress.
Payment methods:
- Boleto, credit/debit card, or Pix: At the end of your registration, continue with your payment by choosing the desired option on the following screens. If you select the boleto option, click the link to generate it. If you don't pay the boleto within the deadline, you will need to access the "Participant Area" to issue it with a new date. Pay attention to filling out the information to ensure the boleto is generated and issued correctly.
- Commitment note: To pay by commitment note, follow the procedure below. Send an email to secretaria@qeeventos.com.br Informing your intention to register via commitment and requesting the necessary documents to issue the invoice. The documents will be sent to you, and when the commitment invoice is ready, register as usual through the official website, select Commitment Note as the payment method, and proceed. Once registration is complete, send us a new email informing you of your registration and attaching the commitment invoice to the email so we can confirm it.
Importante: Para envio do resumo, o primeiro passo é realizar a inscrição. Para conclusão do cadastro, deverá ser escolhida uma forma de pagamento, que poderá ser realizado posteriormente e até alterado, se desejar.
Note: ABEF does NOT issue invoices, only receipts, therefore entities that only accept invoices cannot register their employees for this payment method.
